Common questions

How does the 7-day free trial work?
You enter card details on signup but we don't charge until day 8. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed. After the trial, your tenant is billed monthly in advance.
What's the per-pull fee for?
Equifax AU credit reports cost us per request. The $16.50 covers our cost of the One Score (out of 1200) and the full report stored against the applicant. If your brokerage has its own Equifax subscriber credentials, you can plug them in and pay nothing extra to us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of your current billing period — no exit fees, no notice period.
Do you support our existing CRM?
Today we sync with Connective Mercury (Mercury Nexus). More aggregator integrations are on the roadmap. If you're on a different CRM and want to talk integration, get in touch.
Is the data stored in Australia?
Yes — all production data is stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Document files, applicant data, and Aurora Postgres all sit in the AU region.
What if I need a custom or enterprise plan?
If you're an aggregator, broker network, or anyone with custom requirements (white-label, dedicated infra, custom integrations), the Aggregator plan covers you. Email sales and we'll scope it.
